Hint of Magic

So I've recently become a fan of the world of magic. Trying to expand my hobbies and interests, I went to a local magic show. I was drawn in the moment I sat down. The way the magician drew the crowd in and the ways he performed the tricks made me want to be up on that stage next to him. After the show, he had a little after show where he performed simple, smaller tricks that I could do at home. Some dealing with cards, others dealing with vanishing and reappearing objects. So now my new thing is trying to perform these tricks at home for friends and family. I've been searching the Internet for tricks and tips I can buy and I found some neat things at Answers TV. They have things like a vanishing candle which I have already ordered along with this haunted key. I can't wait to get these. The site also has these videos of tricks being performed, mostly with cards, but I prefer the vanishing acts more. Well, that's it for now. When I get the magic tricks down, I'll let everyone know how they've worked out. So long!!

Poking Fun at the Presidency

So the presidency is coming up in a couple of days and there are a lot of mixed feelings. With all the political cartoons going around, I was able to find this hilarious parody. It stars Mr. Barack Obama, Mr. John McCain, Mrs. Sarah Palin, and some extra political figures. Enjoy and good luck to the candidates.
